Floors laid flat, level, and built to last.

Drag the line. Porcelain and tile installed by one local Fort Myers crew: straight lines, tight grout joints, and no edges catching your toes.

What goes into a floor that stays flat

The tile is the part you see. The prep under it and the care in the layout are what decide whether it still looks right in ten years.

  • Old floor out

We tear out the old tile, carpet, or laminate, haul it away, and leave a clean slab to build on.

  • Level prep

Low spots get filled and the surface checked before the first tile goes down, so nothing rocks or cracks later.

  • Large-format tile

Big porcelain planks and squares set with a leveling system, so every edge meets its neighbor flush.

  • Clean finish

Straight grout lines, neat cuts at the walls and doorways, and a final clean before we hand it back.

  3. Walkthrough

Questions people ask

How long does a tile floor take?

It depends on the square footage and what's coming out. Most rooms take a few days from demo to grout. You get the exact timeline with your quote.

Do you remove the old floor?

Yes. Tear-out, haul-away, and slab prep are part of the job, itemized on the quote.

What kind of tile do you install?

Porcelain tile, including large-format planks and squares, wood-look, and marble-look. Bring a sample or a photo of what you like.

Can I stay home during the work?

Usually, yes. We work room by room where we can and keep the dust contained. We'll tell you up front if a room needs to stay off-limits for a day.

When can I walk on it and move furniture back?

Light foot traffic once the grout sets, furniture after it cures. We give you the exact times at the walkthrough.

What does the quote include?

Demo, prep, materials we supply, installation, grout, and cleanup, itemized on a written quote. No pressure, and no surprises on the invoice.
